smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 20 April
2015 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 17 April 2015.
The total number of units on issue on that day was 24,301,556.
The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 20
April 2015 was $3.69490 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability), The
tracking difference was 0.60%
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavailable from
Monday 16 March 2015 to Friday 27 March 2015. Basket applications and
redemptions will resume on Monday 30 March 2015.
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY
- 250,000 units for Australian Dividend Index Trust and Australian Property
Index Trust
smartOZZY Basket Composition
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 21 April 2015.
The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
