smartOZZY NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the smartOZZY advises that as at close of business on 29 March
2012 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 28 March 2012.
The total number of units on issue on that day was 27,087,054.
The asset backing for each smartOZZY unit at close of business (Sydney) on 29
March 2012 was $3.31070 (NTA is net of applicable tax liability).
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 500,000 units for smartTENZ
- 200,000 units for smartFONZ & smartMIDZ
- 150,000 units for smartMOZY & smartOZZY
Basket moratorium
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavaliable from 19
March 2012 to 30 March 2012. Basket applications and redemptions will resume
on 2 April 2012.
smartOZZY Basket Composition
Composition of a basket of securities and cash equivalent to 150,000 NZX
Australian 20 Leaders Index Fund units effective from 30 March 2012.
The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
