From the annual report 2022 page 59:
"The Company has on issue $32.2 million unsecured notes with a 5-year term, carrying an interest entitlement of 4.95%per annum. The unsecured notes are due for repayment on 2 December 2024. Terms of the unsecured notes are regulatedunder a trust deed between the Company and Equity Trustees Limited."
Will they be able to roll over the notes at a reasonable rate?
