SmartTENZ NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the SmartTENZ advises that as at close of business on 10 March
2016 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since 9 March 2016.
The total number of units on issue on that day was 49,832,943.

The asset backing for each SmartTENZ unit at close of business on 10 March
2016 was $1.32730
The tracking difference was 1.98%

Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavailable from
Monday 14 March to Wednesday 30 March. Basket applications and redemptions
will resume on Thursday 31 March.
