Gap (R1) will be closed then R2 should be target. Yellow (R3) would be in play except sp has gone lower than normal green. This makes up for dividend loss from March 2016. I would expect some extra buying.
Also note premium is down to 6%. You would have to go back to June 2011.
The target looks good as the sp has really adjusted for a change rather than following previous path.
