Chris 60 - I hear what you are saying re STW, and if you look at for example over the last 3 years, both AFI & STW have gained 20% in share price.
AFI has returned 4.2 % PA fully franked whilst STW has returned 4.8 % and only about 72 % franked.
So they seem basically the same, but AFI favours lowest tax bracket payers (because fully franked) and STW favours those in the higher tax brackets.
