they do substitution for dividends if that is ur thing,
trusts, like STW, do annual CGT stuff that has to be paid at tax time by holders (via the holders tax return). whilst it may be zero for the year with AFI, u are in control of the CGT tax position as u are the only person that determines when u sell.
