what about LIC's that add international equities?

these pay FF dividends, whereas if you held an ETF the dividend can be either terrible or unfranked? (capital growth great)

PGF are an LIC that invest mostly overseas which pays $$ in Au FF dividends that does well.

PGF are very expensive atm (l think?). I have held 10 years
    PIC should be 30% international
    LSF is about 35% (?)

I just worry the Ah market is pretty small.
also some of this stuff eg WAL PIC ... is soon about to go ex dividend. so if you buy now you get the divs for those that live on the income.

I have been looking at (PGF LSF - growth) (PIC WAL - stability)

AUI looks interesting- it's yield is about 4% so it's just attractive enough seems to follow the index pretty closely.

    - finally WAM seems to underperform the index but on a max return basis (as per the chart) seems ok. the yield is too high "alarming"... l didn't hold

    - all my thoughts (and typos)
    cheers
