But paying a premium to NTA for returns that are much the same as the index over 10 years is crazy. I'll wait till it's at a discount which their graph shows happens every few years in cycles.
I actually prefer it's stable-mate MIR which has performed better and beaten the index very nicely over past 10yrs . It too is at a premium but I bought in last year when it briefly traded at or below NTA which is rare for MIR.
I can buy large cap stocks myself like CBA, WES, MQG without the annoying premium and use MIR for small and mid cap capital growth.
