Burgerbuns - Why do LIC's have to trade at a premium to NAB, ( which is also before tax on unrealised gains ) ?
I compared this morning the 10 year returns on 2 LIC's and 1 ETF.
VAS 10 yr increase in share price & distributions & franking credits = 65 %
AFI " " " " " = 73 % ( and if include " LIC cap gain deduction = roughly 80 % )
AUI " " " " " = 80 %
