US Large Growth Trust NTA & Allotment Notice

The manager of the US Large Growth Trust advises that as at close of business
on 26 October 2015 a total of Nil units has been redeemed or allotted since
22 October 2015. The total number of units on issue on that day was
10,249,000.

The asset backing for each US Large Growth Trust unit at close of business on
26 October 2015 was $3.22127
The tracking difference was 0.46%
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 50,000 units for APA, EMF, EUF, TWF, USF, USM, USG, USV, USS

Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavailable from
Wednesday 14 October 2015 to Wednesday 28 October 2015. Basket applications
and redemptions will resume on Thursday 29 October 2015.

The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
