US Small-Cap Trust NTA & Allotment Notice
The manager of the US Small-Cap Trust advises that as at close of business on
26 January 2016 a total of 10,000 units has been allotted since 25 January
2016. The total number of units on issue on that day was 7,262,500.
The asset backing for each US Small-Cap Trust unit at close of business on 26
January 2016 was $3.05007
The tracking difference was 0.39%
Unitholders can invest or surrender Smartshares Units in the form of baskets
for holdings in multiples of:
- 50,000 units for APA, EMF, EUF, TWF, USF, USM, USG, USV, USS

The new basket composition applies to applications and withdrawals.
