For 1H21, they had updated the market 3 times by late Jan.........lets hope they were too busy with sales and tthe acquisitions rather than holding back bad news until the fundrasing was complete (or perhaps there is some listing rule abot trading updates during an insitutional and or SPP raise)......a 11% margin in these volatile times can easily disappear if the message is negative

The onyl update I've seen is from RPM (which is much much smaller group), who in their Sept21 update (for 1Q22) flagged higher revenues in their tyre/wheel division with higher demand in transport, agriculture and mining but lower demand in passenger cars due to NSW/Vic lockdowns.....they also flagged margin pressures, fx and higher import costs.

Fingers crossed they have a reasonable half year with some comfort being that its not trading at a silly price, so hopefully that provides some margin of safety on the downside.

It'll be interesting to see how many holders sell their new shares upon listing. That could push the price down.
