If they had hit the middle at 3.5M then would be worth 35c with no time consideration, so I think people guessed, 23c is what I had for low ball now. I still have it worth 60c - $1.20 by the end of march next year according to last years forecast. Hard to sell as it is so undervalued, I am sort of hoping they triple in size and get on an index one day.
