Thanks Osgood, excellent summary of all the unmet promises and expectations. I know that you've mentioned in the past that you've emailed the company with various questions, maybe send them this as a framework for what an ideal newsletter would contain if they really wanted to update us.I think we all agree that they need help in this department.
