Agree with everything you've said here. Very frustrating. I've also emailed them with a bit of a moan re being kept updated via email. If we are not getting emails to let us know when trial results are a success then when will we be emailed? I had to double check the website for their email address and it is written as Email: info(at)lctglobal.com I know that's how you say an email address with the @ as 'at' but I've never seen it written like this. Please let us know if you get a response.
