I complained by email yesterday to the ASX about the announcement not being classified as price sensitive.
They replied just now saying that it was a decision by Living Cell Technologies to not classify the announcement as market sensitive.
What is LCT up to ? Is it an oversight ? It almost appears they want the trial results to go under the radar. Management have a lot of explaining to do ...
