DaveW agree this grant was already a great vote of confidence and help. Believe this with the funds in bank would certainly enable them to commit to the first 4 patients through entirety ( dont think they have enough to support all 18 including all the follow ups etc etc but I may be wrong there-its based on another posters comments from discussion with the company. It would be nice if MJF Foundation recognsied the potential also and kicked in but dont think we can rely on that. Certainly looks like it is all systems go on the first group starting 24th Feb so maybe what I am hoping for is the plan and beyond ie before worrying about any further cash injection for full route to commercialisation. Exciting times ahead.
Totally aside though as it is getting close, I really wish the next group of patients the very best - I can only begin to think how much more a successful outcome must mean to them and many other sufferers watching on in hope no doubt.
