Well the unique strain of plant is what leads to the different constituents. I'm not sure how the trial design would lead to epigenetic changes without it being the extract, as everything else is mostly observational and from questions. Obviously epigenetic changes could take place due to another changed environmental factor, including seasonal change, but it would seem to be a great coincidence.

There's always a chance of a clinical stuff up, but usually these stuff ups are random.

Overall taken at face value - item 3 is potentially profound! If NTI164 has flipped epigenetic switches in a favorable way, you would expect binary outcomes. It may be that there are other conditions outside what NTI is looking at, that would benefit from that as well.
