    Quite standard unfortunately that only NZ and Australian holders can subscribe to these offers. Not the first company I have seen limit it to these 2 countries. From my limited knowledge, I would hazard a guess that NTL shares held outside these 2 countries would account for less than 3% of all shares on issue.
