Excellent question, wish the the company was more crystal clear on this , given how critical it is, especially since the company is going to be hitting up shareholders for even more capital,

All that is clear to me is that the company said it was waiting on two separate critical things from DOC that it needed (an AA and an AOE) and has now announced that it has got one of the things, the AA, and makes no mention of the AOE.

Leaving us all confused......
