    You are right that's why the board needs to get a contract with penalties in place if Terra Firma does not supply enough ore to the plant to cover all costs and make a profit .
    There is no way Terra Firma will sign up to this because they simply don't have the experienced miners .
    Which is a pity for long suffering share holders.
