Possibly during Phase 2 or Phase 3 mining, perhaps around 2020 or 2021?
I think an MCAP of $30-60m at some stage before Phase 1 as progress continues, revenues come in, further plans are brought about for further phases, Rahu JV with Newcrest drilling gets underway... I think NTL is positioned very well to benefit from international panic and a run to safe assets.
NTL could very well be the cheapest mini central bank you will ever be able to buy.
