    Good luck to Amer getting ministerial consent under the Crown Minerals Act, Overseas Investment Act permission (potentially) and shareholder approval all within 90 days.

    It's not going to happen by way of shortfall placement.

    Best I can do for them is 19.9% at 2.5 cents per share, sorry Amer. Otherwise I will personally lead a minority shareholder revolt.
