when i first bought in to NTU i was a bit shocked that they kept issuing securities to fund themselves and for a while ive been wondering when theyre going to do it again, i feel like its overdue. today i had a thought that they must have some idea that the feasibility study is going to turn out positive and so theyre putting off any issuance of securities until then because a good FS will push the price up. i don't know how much notice or how long it takes to issue securities because obviously we haven't seen them do it in the recent volatility around Chinas REE export restrictions. i assume theyre banking on a more stable increase in the share price, literally. just a thought i had but makes sense in my head.
