Does it make any mention in the article on how exactly the Chinese government are either advising investors of such or what backing they are beingoffered?
Theres clearly only a monetary incentive in store for people whod listen. Just not sure if its expected back home or in the lift in these commodities values.
I am glad this has come to light. Its making more sense given the extent on how much Ive seen this happening. its very interesting to think they really can corner so much around the world and its a very bold play for power.
NTU is in their firing line then it shows how much this projet is worth that many appear to slow to note and accumulate
