But of course GB covers a lot of ground on the behalf of shareholders, poor fellow, your tweaking my heart strings.
Now out of all the times GB has been to the states (and I will toss in Europe as well) on behalf of NTU, how many dollars has he been able to attract that haven't had interest and payback terms attached?

Will NTU end up receiving the other 7.4m out of the 30m? The final date that has now been moved out by 2 months to the end of Oct.

Will the August 15th announcement in relation to the $20 million @ $0.062 per share that requires shareholder and FIRB approval come good?
First announcement that I have seen from NTU that included "Not for release to US wire services or Distribution in the United States"
From that August 15th announcement when the SP was sitting at $0.075 the share price took a down hill run, getting down to $0.057 11 days later on the 26/8/2019 and still not much to look at ~ a month later on.

So $7.4 million still pending @ $0.062 cents per share.
And the Chinese $20m @ $0.062 waiting shareholder and FIRB approval.
Just food for thought.
