They don’t need to look far to find all the Dy they need, that’s if they need it as I believe it is being phased out of many magnets because it weakens them. Lynas produces far more Dy than NTU, but have trouble selling it for a price that some on this forum believe it’s worth.
I was considering buying a few NTU at one stage, but far too risky for me, can’t believe that they are expecting to be a going concern trying to sell mainly Dy...
