There are uncontrollable variables - Chinamen, ILU's refinery hiccups, scale of government assistance.
There may be delays, yet the DFS has to be close.
The back-of-envelope estimates in this thread (thanks all) can then be revived with fewer unknowns.
I remain very bullish.
