They are hoping to be holding this on or around the 12th December this year.
Also in the 8.30 ASX Ann strategic partnership with lluka recourses.

In regards to the concentrate pricing, that will be a wait and see.

* Also Page 10 of 13 (even though pages are not numbered) of the strategic partnership with lluka recourses Ann it covers off a little as to how the lluka pricing will be structured.
Look under the lluka supply agreement under price.


Just for a bit of light heartened fun:
A VERY ROUGH back of envelope earnings guesstimation
lluka 5,500,000 Kg's annual finished oxides from NTU's concentrate
Guesstimation Basket Sale Price/Kg for those oxides $100AUD (I could work out todays Basket Price, but so can others) - any guesses anyone?
So @ AUD $100 lluka sale price would generate $550,000,000
Lets say NTU receive a 1/4 of this (as lluka wears far more in separation costs)
So before NTU's COP their earn is $137,500,000
I'm taking a wild punt that 1/2 of the above goes into operations, so then you would be left with $68,750,000 before tax (but I'm sure there is plenty of offsets there)
Now lets divide that into (pre consolidation) lets say 5.5 Billion shares
= $0.0125c per share
Then of course IF there is extra production


IF
Concentrate @ 20% TREO that's about 27,500 tonnes that has to be moved > 2500km


May Be after consolidation $1.00 a share
May Be after consolidation EPS $0.31 cents
May Be apply your own P/E
Lots of May Bees, and of course I believe that I'm being very generous in my guesstimations.
