It’s great news that the Chinese companies have been relegated to the bench but the important thing moving forward is NTU need to prove the company and its operations are viable. To date this has been a total failure. There’s still plenty of work to be done and large sums of money spent before this comes to fruition, and certainly no guarantees.
Not sure I see where the SH value is in this deal, more massive share dilution to come.
