AR9 will need NEW revenue. Renewal of contracts will at best sustain current fundamentals and only sustain share price. I can't see an upward movement until announcement of a new contract with significant revenue, however it could rise on speculative revenue if we know if large tenders, new products or market expansion.
I think it will do good in the long run.
