Ultimately it will be dependent on what these parties are offering. We have enough cash to get to the TAFTA award but not necessarily the enforcement if the Thais drag their feet post the typical 90 days payment period.
I think we can speculate the current book value (agreed to by the auditor) was an indicative offer that was previously rejected
