Stick to the successful design mix that has been approved by SIRIM.
Hopefully they can use all of their aporoved certifications as passes to do what they promised to do.
If the govt hadnt sanbagged the research approvals with their scaredycat approach to the concrete test findings things would have been moving by now.
S large chunk of this pile would be planted,watered and razed by now.
But then the cattle raised on the pasture would be contributing to global warming by means of their flatulance... i mean global cooling... i mean global stirring.
