So the "Prefessional investors" who are selling at all time lows and probably at a 50%+ LOSS are still worthy of their "professional" or "expert" status?
But the pleb retail investors cashing in on a large party dumping their holding causing the stock to be grossly oversold giving the oppportunity for an invariable quick 20%+ gain once the dust settles are the dumb ones???
