    Sinochem offered $13 ps ($2.8B) in 2009. Happy dayz.
    Today even Bayer is closing manufacturing sites in Germany citing Chinese generic competition.
    No real joy in the Nufarm 2026-2028 product portfolio. No game changes, mostly off patent generics which the Chinese are also pursuing.
    It's a race to the bottom. CCP may have another crack here for the Crop Protection IP, labels, formulation registrations etc. but they already control Syngenta and Adama among the many other Chinese manufacturers.
