$900m interest in Seeds tech business has been reported, the interest is definitely there and widely known. it's only the company hasn't decided to open the data room to sell part, or the whole business. The directors are legit to buy shares, as there is no solid offer on the table at this time. the intention/discussion for strategy review already announced, there is no breach of the rules. At today's MC it's less than $900m, so the rest of the business is now valued zero or negative.
