As alluded to above, very important article in the Australian on NUF. The spin out of the seeds unit has been on the table for some time, with some directors for and against. Apparently L1 is for the spin out and, to me, their recent accumulation purchases indicate that they think the sale is likely in the short term.
The seed technologies is the reason I invested years ago. So I guess if they get a good price it is a good outcome. However, the timing could be terrible if they sold now, with that unit putting in a relatively weak half.
