any new business area gets bumps in the road, its solely down to the omega 3 business which is impacted by fish catches in peru in the short run, but this goes up and down....so to me the underlyign strategy is on track and hopefully they can get a 50% partner which is what I guess they are looking for.. the bottom line is some debt reduction is needed and this is the least worst option I think as they can probably get book value for it....
the nuclear option is a bid from a japanese or chinese company for the whole of Nufarm which is not off the cards as well..
