Im in a similar position except I dont own any of their debt or hybrids.
In my opinion the co is in serious trouble and needs a change in mgmt or strategy overhaul.
I think there a few things happening behind the scenes because they could do an equity raise which I would support. I have a feeling the top 10 don't want it and thats why they are looking to divest or restructure the capital/ownership of seeds.
The crop protection business is uninspiring so if growth drops off from the seeds divestiture I do wonder how they will make up the lost ground. I.e $4 is a long way from $2.5 and it cant possibly come from crop protection itself. If that were in anyway true we would have been at $4 before the half results.
