It depends. They will invoice Walmart pretty soon, that should give us an idea. If an OEM/s is announced very soon, they would require cash payments upfront to NUH. That would resolve everything. They may or may not need to, perhaps one final top up.
I agree 100%, it is all gearing up for the 4Gen Realtek chip product and I suspect it will have a much better form factor as well. Jan CES is only a few months away, there will be a few more big announcements before then I would think.
