My motivation behind considering another capital raise is that the latest appointments come at a high cost. It is not only salaries it also comes with a lot of overheads if they can become so-called "heavy hitters" they need a substantial budget. This means that money is churned through quickly. You can add and subtract in your excel sheets and quickly see that the cost base looks very different.
