The only reason why your cash position was better than expected was because:

A) Your outflows (manufacturing costs) were down because you are sitting on excess stock that you are selling slower than expected.

B) You obtained a Tax rebate - which is not something you should be treating like a receipt or some great positive. Perhaps you should treat it like some great positive if you are desperate.

NUH's better than expected cash position is like doing a Steven Bradbury. You didn't really win but you can keep deluding yourself that you did.
