NUH’s biggest problem has always been the mismanagement provided by Miller and a weak Board lacking real business expertise to counter his chaotic business approach and lack of effective strategy. The Board lacks the skill to understand the business they are in.
Miller and co still believe they are in the earbud business, yet RealTek is not in the earbud business and yet they have RealTek as their backer and primary investor.
Miller and the Board need to go.
That presentation that Miller continually rolls out about the “hearing journey” and the “market segmentation” looks like something a consultant from BCG or some other management consulting group would produce. I would not be surprised if that is where it came from.

You have to say, if miller was smart, he should have licensed the IP to realtek from the outset, not tried to manufacture his own chip, stopped manufacturing and selling buds, ran on the minimal staff required and it would have made substantial income just by doing that, all too late now one feels
