Correct.
But Miller is not smart, he appears obsessed with NUH as some world leading medical device hearing bud manufacturer, oblivious to what is required to achieve that and literally having next to no idea that NUH’s comparative advantage does not lie in manufacturing NUH buds.
They already had proof of concept with their iQbuds and Max. Once RealTek came on board, they effectively stopped being a manufacturer and instead a platform company.
RealTek is in the high volume game and NUH had the tech. Why the hell would NUH need to waste their time and money in manufacturing and retail when it could outsource/license its tech to 3 rd parties who already have an advantage in manufacturing, distribution and retail.
Miller has now taken the company to the brink with his flawed strategy, and now some one or an entity appears to have stepped in. It is salvagable , I have seen company’s in worse position re-organise themselves and come back in a big way.
All NUH needs is a deal and it all changes.
