but really the question to ask is, why would realtek pay 11c or more per share when they could get the company for 7c per share? All they have to do is let the price fall down to just below 6c, where it usually heads after a CR priced at 6c, then offer 7c. Or they can let the company go broke and they own the assets. why? why oh why? why would they pay 11c per share? it makes no sense to me.
