Well, trickster was wrong yet again about them not raising money and the finances were not the reason they were off market ( no surprise there ) Now going for M&A, with who - not realtek, they can pick it up on the default of the loan repayment, so why pay money for it. Looks to be one last desperate attempt to find a buyer before they default with realtek. Who would purchase it, to be blunt, I dont think any company would, tax loss or not, the brand name is poor globally, its losing cash month after month, no retail presence, no OEMs, its the end of the line now, too small a market at the moment to get to profitability with a new product thats the same as everyone else out there. Its game over.
