@8horse - I do try to be - so apologies are in order here. Hopefully "out there" wasn't too disrespectful.
I had actually considered the possibility of a CR when the unexplained buying started back around the 19th December.
But I was also aware that with the projected and historical expenditures Nuheara didn't "need" to raise until Q1 next year. It was my belief that by that time there would have been a number of significant progress steps to enable a higher level for any placement. I still think this is true.
I was also aware that APP had taken over the management of placements for NUH and had managed the previous placement in June very professionally.
These two points, along with the very positive NHS news, led me to think that when the required raising came, it would be a very positive one - and of course a necessary one. (Nuheara are still a significant time from cashflow positive).
I'm not concerned that in fact a raising has been announced.
But I am dismayed that it is at 7.5c - and open slather to sophies. (Remember Nuheara knocked back $4m at 9.5c in the June raising!) The only positive I see is its for inventory.
I'm also disappointed in the manner it has occurred. Perhaps a TH for the NHS news along with the raising would have been much "fairer" to all.
I will be listening with interest at today's AGM for a few answers.
Once again, apologies for tagging your opinion as "out there".
