The key to this deal will be where the IP sits upon completion. If this is a 'development and engineering of an ear bud variant specific to HP’s confidential use case', does the payment of $2 mil include the IP for the finished product. If so, our job could be done, if not manufacture and/ or royalties. Lets hope its the latter.
