"Phase 1 was previously awarded for accompanying software services"
Doesn't this imply that Phase 1 was the deal clincher (as we all know software is the hardest part)? IMHO, this validates that one of NUH's moat is in software/algorithm development. HP sees this....wonder how long it takes the market to see it?
Phase 2 looks to be the order to develop the production version of the earbud! Shouldn't be too long before we see supply agreements!
